If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
a. Your order was never actually placed and processed. b. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

All orders are delivered as parcel post from Australia Post which covers all of Australia. Orders below $50 are charged will fixed cost of $5.99 and orders above $49.99 are subject to free delivery.
No. Currently we only offer parcel post from Australia Post where Metro delivery takes up to 3-6 business days depending on destination points and Country delivery takes more than 5 business days.
All unused items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
